Due to the nature of our beauty and cosmetic products, Beyond Beaute by Jasmine Burke does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality for every customer.

Please carefully review your order, including product selections, shades, quantities, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues: Beyond Beaute by Jasmine Burke is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, applicable cancellation and refund rights will still be honored as required by law. Federal rules require online sellers to provide cancellation/refund options in certain circumstances involving delayed or unshipped merchandise.
